House rules

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm, check-out by 10 am. If you’re arriving outside that window, let us know roughly when in advance — we’ll work something out.

The number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the apartment in your booking. Anyone who isn’t a registered guest may stay in the apartment only with our prior consent.

Under Croatian law, we need your ID on arrival to register your stay.

During your stay

Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am — during that time, and generally, please avoid disturbing other guests and neighbours.

No smoking inside the apartment; smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony.

Parties and larger gatherings aren’t allowed without prior arrangement with us.

Use the pool at your own risk, between 10 am and 7 pm.

Pets are welcome under the terms given with the enquiry form: small dogs (up to 20 kg) for a nightly surcharge, cats and birds free of charge.

Safety and your belongings

You’re responsible for your own belongings and their safety; we’re not liable for loss or theft of personal items.

Lock the door whenever you leave the apartment, and on departure turn off the air conditioning and all appliances and close the windows.

In exceptional circumstances — to prevent damage or danger — we reserve the right to enter the apartment even in your absence. We’ll let you know the next time we’re in touch.

Damage and loss

Report any damage or fault to us straight away. If the damage is your fault, you cover it at its real value. A lost key is charged for.

Nothing leaves the apartment — no towels, no bed linen, no dishes.

Breach of the house rules

If the house rules aren’t followed, we may refuse to keep providing the service.
